Velvety Red Cookie Deluxe Single

Had 4 different types when they catered a company holiday party and was hooked ever since then (a gift and a curse)!! Honestly 10/10 every time. I especially love the lava eclat, my absolute favorite.

I'm not much of a red velvet fan, so I was pleasantly surprised trying this! I assumed I'll love the Lava Éclat more due to being a chocolate lover, but this is my favorite so far! After popping it in the oven, the filling and white chocolate mixed in was so good!
