Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your cookies must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of cookies that have been opened or partially consumed.
Reporting an Issue

Refunds and Exchanges
If your return is approved, we will offer you the following options
- A replacement order of the same cookies.
- In some cases a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In cases where the return is due to our error,we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept the cookies once they are delivered to you.
International Orders
